Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the agenticworkforcecompany.com website (the “Site”), operated by Agentic Workforce Company (“AWC,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services are governed by separate agreements

The Site describes services we offer, including the Clarity Audit and custom automation builds. Any engagement for those services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and AWC, including its own scope, pricing, and terms. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services, and prices shown are indicative ranges finalized before an engagement begins.

Use of the Site

You may access and use the Site, and view, download, or print materials from it, for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, frame, mirror, or create derivative works of the Site or its content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by or licensed to AWC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party product names and logos referenced on the Site (for example, platforms we can connect to) are the trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of AWC by those companies, or of those companies by AWC.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our scheduling provider. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not imply our affiliation with or endorsement of the linked site.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current. Content on the Site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — regardless of the theory of liability, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AWC harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Orange County, California, conducted in English, on an individual basis and not as part of any class proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Electronic communications

Documents transmitted electronically in connection with the Site — including agreements signed by electronic means — are deemed to be “in writing,” and neither party will contest their validity or enforceability on the basis that they were created or signed electronically.

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to Agentic Workforce Company, Newport Beach, California, at awc@agentmail.to, or via the contact options on this Site.
