Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Agentic Workforce Company (“AWC,” “we,” or “us”), based in Newport Beach, California, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit agenticworkforcecompany.com (the “Site”) or contact us about our services.

Information you provide

When you book a consultation or contact us, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Scheduling is handled by our booking provider, which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy. We use the information you provide to respond to you, prepare for and hold consultations, and deliver services you request — nothing else.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site collects technical information automatically — browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address — through cookies and similar technologies. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used, and may use advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure whether our advertising works. Where required, these tools load only after you consent via the Site’s cookie notice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through the same notice or your browser settings.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Site, respond to inquiries, schedule and hold consultations, deliver contracted services, measure the performance of our marketing, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Client data in service engagements

When a client engages our services, they may grant us view-only access to business platforms (such as analytics or advertising accounts) through each platform’s own permission system. That access is used solely to perform the contracted work, is revocable by the client at any time, and the underlying data remains in the client’s own accounts. The specific terms of data handling in an engagement are set out in the service agreement for that engagement.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as website hosting, scheduling, and analytics providers), who are bound to use it only on our behalf; when required by law or legal process; to protect our rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a business transfer, in which case this policy’s protections continue to apply.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion — we honor these requests regardless of residency. To exercise any right, email us at awc@agentmail.to or contact us through the Site; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
